Every Installation Includes:
*Note regarding wire/cable concealment: In locations that involve inadequate access for standard wall-fishing to the wall where the wire is to be hidden, or where the wire is to be hidden in a wall that contains insulation,
vapor barriers, or any other obstructions, wire may be concealed by installer-provided paintable or matching track molding. Installer will finish wall-fished cable exit points with a bushing, plate, or spackle.
The following items and services are not included in the price of our Basic, Deluxe or Premium Home Theater Installation packages:
This service is available separately for an additional charge.
- All land travel required to perform the installation.
- A pre-installation survey upon arrival at home.
- Connection of your newly purchased component(s) in one 1 room, Wire concealment is included with all Basic, Deluxe and Premium Home Theater Installation packages .
- Integration of your newly purchased component(s) into your existing and working system.
- Programming the functions (except learning functions) of your remote control devices. Advanced programming of learning remotes for basic and custom functionalities is available in certain markets for an additional
fee. - Neatly dressed wires and cables using wire ties when necessary.
- A brief educational demonstration of the newly purchased components which the installer has connected.
- Cleanup of wire clippings, drywall dust or any other debris caused by installation.*
- A one-year limited warranty on all labor included with Professional Installation services. The professional installer will correct any material defects in the workmanship of the installation services you purchased if
reported to G.I.S. Inc within one year of the date services were completed. This limited warranty does not include any warranty on parts or equipment.

- Relocation or alteration of electrical outlets
- Installers are not authorized to perform electrical modifications of any kind. Power cords to televisions and other equipment will remain exposed when installation is complete, regardless of any other cable
concealments specified in the installation. - Installation or wiring of satellite dish or cable TV hardware
- Cables for these services must be in place at the time of installation to be integrated with your new equipment.
- Cables and interconnects that are not supplied with the purchased products
- Specialty cables and extra-long cable runs will incur additional charges. It is strongly recommended that you identify and purchase all specialty cables required to connect your equipment prior to the installation.
- Stands or mounting brackets that are not supplied with the purchased products
- All speaker stands, as well as any hardware required for on-wall mounting of TVs and speakers, must be purchased by the customer prior to the installation.
- Installation, setup and programming of TiVo or other DVR components
- Assembly or relocation of TV stand or other entertainment furniture.
- Reconfiguration or rewiring of existing audio and video equipment (except as necessary to integrate new equipment into an existing system)
